Tow Hooks on the TRD offroad - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

So, after reading the instructions that came with my Westin bull bar, I noticed you have to remove all tow hooks. Well goodie. The one on the front of my truck, I have absolutely no idea what size the bolt is. It's obviously something large, seeing as none of my sockets fit.

So anyone have a clue as to what size it is?

In case, this is the hook I'm talking about:

cresent wrench? (looks like one might fit in there)

or just measure the bolt and buy the socket

I don't have Off Road tow hooks, but my Sport does have the smaller size tow hooks and you don't have to remove them to install the bull bar. They don't get in the way at all.

I would rather have that tow hook than the bull bar that is if you offroad your truck at all. Not trying to be a dick either.
