I used a pair of pliers to remove the clips. It's really easy. I already have the grill on and I did not take them off. I pretty sure I can take them off without removing that damn bumper agian. The grill is easy to take off but the bumber was kind of a bitch. I'll just crawl under there and see if I can reach it.
