Seriously thinking about adding a cap to my soon to be arriving '08 DC SB. Interested in seeing your pics. I've heard good things about Snugtops, but if you have any alterative suggestions feel free to share. Thanks!

I will have mine on by the end of the month. It will be the Snugtop XV with the yakima roof racks. There are a couple of threads on this topic though. just type in "snugtop" or "camper." Toppers are F*#*ing exspensive here though. Just a **** hair shy of $3k for everything.

It will be much cheaper on the mainland. It is worth it though as there will be twice that amount worth of gear in my bed that could be sometimes wet or extrememly dirty.

Got mine for $800 from a Toyota Dealer on Ebay. It came as a factory option on a black Tacoma, but the buyer of the truck didn't want the shell, so they sold it on Ebay, and I snatched it up.

I then added Yakima tracks on top.

Keep an eye on Ebay and Craigslist.
