Not exactly sure what you're asking.....

Are you looking for and additional 2-2 1/2" lift? You gotta remember - any spacer you use up front is gonna be HALF the size. For 2" lift you'll need a 1" tall spacer.

If I remember correctly (but don't quote me) as this is old information from my 96 taco days.....

If you're referring to a spacer that mounts within the coil assembly - the problem lies with the strut. If you put a 1" spacer in with a lift coil ....the lower coil seat (on the strut) can break due to all the pressure. I've seen this happen before (long time ago) - but I can't remember the exact specs (coil/spacer) that the guy had.

Hope that helps

Sorry for not making things clear. This is new to me too.

I already have a 3" lift coming from toytec and I wanted to add an extra 2-2 1/2" of lift in the front.

The part I am trying to get at is a spacer that goes on top of the shock and coil assembly. Here is the link. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-07...spagenameZWDVW

Can't be done with the 3" Toytec kit. Increases too many angles beyond their limit. If you're looking for that much lift, should've just gone with the Pro Comp 6" lift with coilovers and cranked down the c/o.

^^^ On a budget. I was going with a fabtech performance 6" lift kit, but I can wait on that.

Was just wondering if this will work, thats all. Thanks for the info tho.

That spacer goes ontop of (and outside) of the coil assembly.

What happens - it drops your entire suspension geometry downward.

If I remember correctly - there's a few issues that can create....
1) BAD driveline angles on front axle shafts / cv joints. Unless of course, you get a front diff lowering kit of some type.
2) You take the chance of bottoming out your struts easily on compression.
3) From what I remember....I think your knuckles will actually come in contact with your coil assembly. Since the A-arms are soooo stretched out, that puts the knuckles sooo close.

because the pro comp and fab tech lifts are drop bracket kits so your truck keeps all stock angles, the kits literally just drops the suspension down.
