another RIM question

Hey Guys,

was looking into getting some rims for my 2006 taco.
i was trying to get pricing on some eagle series 185 P/N 18527866

then i told them i have a tire pressure monitered tires. he siad i could not get rims ? for the truck ??

whats the scoop ?

I don't know anything about the Eagle rims, but if that was a blanket statement, I'm pretty sure you're going to want to get a 2nd opinion or another rim dealer.

I have MB Gunner 6s. Tire shop installed my sensors like it was nothing.

I'm guessing the issue would be clearance inside the rim, which could easily vary from rim to rim, but I'm just guessing.

I really don't think I'm the only one keeping my sensors.

I'm sure others will chime in here, too?

They will work. Lambone has them on his. Grimpy has those wheels as well. Ask those guy's if they had any issue's.

there may be a way to adapt the sensors to those wheels. but even if they don't fit, you don't have to have the tpms. it's not like your truck will spontaneously combust if you don't have the sensors

i sorta expected to hear this. i do not trust the companies information they gave. sounded wrong.

on that note i am not sure its something i care about the tire pressure sensors anyhow
