I'm trading in my '05 tomarrow for an '08 and I want to keep my bull bar. The dealer installed it for me so it was on there when I picked it up. I took the bull bar itself off but because I didn't install it, I'm not sure whether I need to take off the bracket it was attatched to off or will the new truck already have these brackets on there?

I would just ask the dealer but I'm pretty sure they wanted me to leave it on there, so my plan is to take it off and hope they don't notice.

Keep them and the bolts holding them on!!

you are going to need to keep those. those are not stock.

Thanks! BTW MrGrimm, wife and I were in HI in Feb. Never seen so many Tacos. The streets were like a moblie Toyota dealership. Apparently alot of smart people live there, or at least there not as dumb as all the Ford lovin' rednecks we got around here.

I have been here a month and a half now. I swear that I have seen more tacomas in that month and half than the past few years that I lived in southern California.
