If I couldn't buy that one for $21k or less, I'd just buy a brand new one.

See if they'll throw in a 100k extended warranty. An extended warranty usually costs about $1k.

It says Toyota Certified w/ a 7yr 100k Warranty.

The 2008 MSRP on this exact vehicle is $29,698. What would invoice be on this?

What PB said. Used market at dealer is tough. You can find leftover 2007s that dealers will be much more flexible on now that the 08's are on the lot. Can you find a 2007 configured the way you want? Have em' do the Suspension TSB & you get a set of blisteins for free. In March 2007, I picked up a 2006 DC 4WD w/ SR5 pkg & Tow for 24.5k & 2.9% financing.

If you decided to buy the 2005, I'd see if the TSB was done. You are under the 3/36 warranty.

Also, invoices pdf is here somewhere posted in the last couple of days.

Have fun shopping.

Ok, well they're asking $22,900 for it. What would be a good price to offer?

I'd say offer them $20K and go from there.

There is a tailgate one and a suspension one. If you search on tsb, you'll get tons of hits. It changes your stock rear springs from a 3 pak to a 4 pak. Non-TRD trucks get new blistein shocks. Since the one you're looking at is trd, you should get the new rear springs per the TSB and meeting the mileage requirement.
