Onlinetires.com?

Anyone tried them -- how was the experience? I just now heard of them for the first time.

Spent some time tonight searching the board and found a link to www.onlinetires.com/ (posted by yfzjen, thanks). Prices are high for Revos but cheap, very cheap, for Toyo ATs.

I have never used them but at least they list a toll-free number.

I would give them a call. You can at least get a better feeling based on your conversation.

I really don't like buying tires online. I would print out their price and take it your local tire shop or Sears. Most shops price match.

That's a great idea, and I've actually done both -- bought from Tirerack, also taken quotes to local dealers for price match.

Buying online could be a problem if you get a bad tire... first you have to prove it's bad, then return it for replacement.
Guess I've been lucky so far, no bad ones.

I've bought 2 sets of tires from them and it was an all around good experience for me, and my dad has bought a set from them also. It always worked good for me since I had a friend that would install for free when I buy tires. I bought my Toyo AT's locally because oddly enough he gave me a better price than at onlinetires.com website and tax versus shipping was about the same so I bought them locally this time. Bought locally for $115 each! No bad tires here either so far so good...
