My lightbar = 520 watts STRONG!!!

I finally gathered all my pieces and spent 6 hours installing my lightbar components today. Everything went incredibly smooth and I am more than satisfied with the end result.

Equiptment list is:

Randy Ellis lightbar (black)
One pair KC Rally 803 8" 130w Driving Lights (outer)
One pair KC Rally 801 8" 130w Long Range Lights (inner)

Here's a short pictorial of my journey...the truck is one week old

First install the lightbar. Easy instructions with the bar, although a couple of the bolts are a pain to get to.

Next I pulled out my battery to give me room to wor and located the firewall passage for my wires.

I am very proud of the wiring rig I fixed up for these lights. It definitely puts the factory Toyota loom to shame.

I tapped the high beams at the fuse box with an add-a-circuit (note my fog light mod)
I also went with the main power post to the fuse box for my 12v constant.

I had to modify the switches a bit to get them to fit, but when it was all done, I love they way they ended up.

That's it for now. I'll get some more pictures once the sun goes down tonight as I will still have to aim them to my liking. Let me know if anyone has questions!

Relays are there, forgot to snap a pic.

The harness has 4 inline fuses (two 25a 12v supply) and (two 3a highbeam relay). I'll get more pictures of the rig tomorrow.

Yeah my original plan was to buy some OEM fog switches to keep the flush look, but after seeing how the KC switches turned out I'm thinking of just keeping them instead. They actually look pretty trick in person the way they stick out. Kinda rally-esk. We'll see. I may change my mind in a week or a month... or never.

I have the same switch, and the LED on them blind the hell out of me... so I painted over it.
