as said many times before, toyota will look for any reason to not service your vehicle if you modified it. best bet would be to call your local toyota dealership and ask them. mod at your own risk

It depends what is broken on your truck. It would have to be caused by the Y-pipe.

If you have some kind of engine or exhaust failure then just put the stock pipe back on, just to cover your ass.

Whatever you want. But I would leave out the 2nd set of cats. IMO the 1st set of cats on the headers is good enough. JMO.

The main cost of the URD Y-pipe is because it's mandrel bent stainless steel. Most muffler shops can't make a Y-pipe near that nice, and if they could it would cost over $500 for it all. Finding SS flanges is the hard part. URD has them custom milled.

An actual tune would be better. It'd be hard to pre load a map for that setup. Too many variables to just guestimate what the map should be.

If you have the jba headers and k&n intake, don't even worry about the URD MAF calibrator. They're gonna help you out about as much as the chips you're looking at. It sounds like you need to slow down and do some research. Slapping together a bunch of random parts is not going to help you out in your quest for more power.

You've alread installed aftermarket headers and now you're worried that a new Y-pipe might void your warranty? Are you serious?

the headers did'nt void it, i know that cause toyota replaced my clutch under warrenty and they had been on there for a year. But i am thinking about getting the stock cats changed to highflows would this make a huge improvment. I am also thing about changing my magnaflow muffler for a flow master

if the cost of stainless, mandrell bent tubing is the factor... assuming the urd y-pipe is 2.5" inside diameter.... could a locally made 3" inside diameter ss non mandrell bent pipe, be as free flowing? at a lesser cost..........

It would probably flow more, but wouldn't be nearly as pimp.
