The warranty covers rust. But if they are caused by stone chips?? Then it maybe denied.

i doubt its stone chips, because its through out the whole truck, and it seems like its under the clear, because i cant scratch or rub it out... its kinda hard to explain

I too noticed some specks today when washing my truck. I am going to see what the dealer says when I have it in next time.

Try some Clay Magic

Noticed this on my wife's white Camry SE, did some reading in the detail forum and concluded it might be rail dust (think that was what it was called). Anyway decided after 3 years a good claying might help out. Bought some Clay Magic at Autozone and was amazed at the difference it made in the finish, so smooth and yes took out all those reddish orange spots. It was actually pretty easy to do and after a coat of Tech Wax looked awesome, even better than my month old Taco finish.

Regards,

Derrick

Show some pics. Is it below the paint or on top of the paint?

More commonly it's just metal dust that is rusting on top of the paint. It can be removed with a clay bar and polish.
