just want some opinions on these pipes....

Just wondering if anyone thinks these are worth the money, I have the borla exhaust right now and just wanted to match the tips. Opinions appreciated.

I think that tip looks really nice, runer. It's very pricy though. Do you not like your dual tips?

I'm going to change out my Borla muffler for a Flowmaster 70 series. I heard it on Flux's truck today and I liked the sound compared to mine. Going to try to replace this week if possible.

That is a lot of loot for just a tip. I can think of many other ways that $75 to $100 could be spent. The TRD exhaust tip, if I remember correctly, is $40 and that looks great. I picked up a good looking tip at the local auto parts store for $25.

Just my .o2

I got you. Check out the TRD exhaust tip. I don't know if they sell it individually but it's a nice exhaust tip.

Yup. A big tip can make it sound louder than just a clean cut off pipe, but a shorter pipe can make it sound louder too. I like the clean look of no tip at all. Most people will probably not agree though. Whatever floats your boat. Check my CarDomain to see what you think.

I don't really like the look of chrome tips, so i had the muffler shop that welded on my muffler just leave the stock piping.

Anyone seen the stock exhaust on the new Duramax?

Yeah i like the slash type tips, but i didnt want the ordinary ones? i thought these would be a little different. On a side note, does anyone know how much it would be to just weld a y after the axle and put these pipes under the bumper? I had a muffler shop tell me about $250 but i thought he was bullin me.
