need some info on lift

im interested in puting a 3in toytec lift with 885 coils and 285/75/16 nitto terra grappler
and wondering if i can just put it all on or will i need to do any mods any info would help

you may need to do a little trimming of you inner fenders to prevent the tires from rubbing
