TSB general question

Not Toyota related, but figured with the knowledge on the board, somebody may be able to help.
A co-worker is having some serious issues with a Mercury Mariner (Ford Escape)
I've found a few TSB's related to the problem, but I can only see the summary. Is there a site I can go to, to get the full TSB?
I tried the following, but again, only summaries:
http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/pr...sb/results.cfm

Thanks in advance for the help!

not unless you have access to some kind of online tech board. it doesn't have to be ford necessarily. two other places are mitchell and alldata. those are like a online service repair manual and cost estimators that technicians use for info. those two are the ones you'll find at a generic mechanics shop in most cases. not something you can just log onto but, it broadens your horizons a little as far as where you can look. i don't see why you couldn't just go to the dealer though and ask them to print out the tsb for you. there's no real reason why they wouldn't.

Thanks 6 for the reply. I'll take the TSB summaries to the stealership and see what they say.
