Where did the tsb list go? (and yes, I searched)
taking my truck in today and I want to get everything taken care of.
I want to read the leafspring tsb and flair tsb to see if i need those done.
if you don't have a problem, you don't need the tsb. that's not how it works. just because there is a tsb doe not mean you need to get it done. you're trying to go in reverse order. you want to take a list of complaints other people have had and tell them to do it to your truck-the dealership isn't going to do the tsb just because it exists-you have to have a symptom.
o, I have certain symptoms, and I'm seeing if there are tsb's that fit them
Ex. I have the intermittant no start problem, but I just figured its how the truck was until i saw other people talking about a tsb for it. and the same for : squeeky clutch, windsheild noise in high winds, occasional grindy shifting, ticking exhaust..and more.
my 36,000 mile point is also rapidly approching, and if you read the tsb,s carefully, you'll noting that they're only good til 36k.

i see. i can tell you that there are tsbs for almost every symptom you described off the top of my head. also, just so you know, most toyota stores will be more willing to do goodwill warranty on items when there is a tsb and known issue so, 3/36k is not always the end of it.
good luck.
thanks.
are there good places to "enjoy" your truck around portland? I'm trying to relocate there.
oh god yes. i would never live anywhere else. there is SO much to use your truck for around here. camping/wheeling/exploring/etc there's a million great places to go and see. if you love the outdoors, you will love portland/mt hood.
I don't believe this list actually has the PDF files associated with them. So, becuase i'm such a nice guy i'll post a link to my little website where you can actually download the TSB's.
