Steel wire under bench seat snapped

Hi, I was cleaning under my bench seat today and saw that about half of those supporting wires were snapped and just dangling. Hard to explain, it's like a sling of wires that keep the seat from sagging. I noticed it did sag a little on that side. The previous owner must've had terrible posture because it's snapped all on one side. The door panel arm rest on that side is pushed in as well. Any ideas on how to fix this? If you guys know the part # or something, that'd be helpful. For the door panel arm rest, I took it off and noticed that the plastic split along the seam (why have one there?). I duct tapped it and it held for a little while but it's not working so well anymore. Any ideas? Thanks!

No ideas for the broken seat, but I had the same problem with the arm rest - dealer replaced the whole panel under warranty. good luck!
