Stock sub? lots of bass

I bought my 05 used so I dunno if there's a sub in there somewhere or if its just the speakers but this thing puts out very good bass. Hard to believe its speakers. Or is it? Is the stock system really this bass-y? Kinda hard to describe but its not a rediculous amount that shakes your head or anything but enough to feel it and shake the rearview mirror and such. Put in some hiphop and tell me how your stock system bumps.

The stock sub is behind the rear right hand seat. I have a Double Cab with the JBL upgrade, but I don't know if it is standard with the non JBL set-up.

I'm fairly sure that the amp and sub are what makes the Deluxe JBL system 'deluxe'. I've got them, too. A stealership guy told me that the regular system didn't compare and from what I've heard around here, he didn't lie about that.
