Corrosion protection-for you guys who have to ride on salty winter roads

Just wondering if anyone else has used Toyota's electronic corrision protection system. It's getting close to winter here and I'm undecided about getting the truck graphite undercoated or going the electronic route.

Toyota sells the system for $1000 or you can get a similar system from CounterAct for about $300. All this is new to me so any opinions would be appreciated.

The graphite spray works great but it makes a mess of my truck and the driveway so, I would like to get this system if it really works.

Cheers

these electornic devices have been around for a long time. different company makes it. i purchase a brand new jeep wrangler back in 1989. and it came with it. i cost something like 400 or 600 bucks. i cant remember exactly. the pads kept falling off. went back to dealers several times to have it reapply back on. but it still kept falling off. so i decide to have them take it out all together and get my money back.
