Those look great, but at $180 PER WHEEL I think I'll just carry a $2 can of carb cleaner and reseat beads. I think I got my tires cheaper than that. Plus if the "internal beadlock" is aired up to 45psi, how do you get air past it into the tire to air up again, and how do you air down? Good find, but not for me.

I saw those a while back too. Thought they might work well as run-flats as well, but like Tacogrande said: $180/tire is a lot.

I'm assuming you could always air down the internal beadlock before airing up/down the main tire if needed.

The internal bladder sits on the wheel and has it's own valve stem. Half to put a new hole in your wheels behind the spokes. Then there is a clearance in the bladder for the tire air to enter/exit.

Did you guys see the ORA mag article about those guys in jeeps following those miner trails in South America somewhere. The FJ's the miners drove have a more narrow track than the jeeps do. And, consequently, the mud trails were too narrow for the jeeps. So, they spent the whole time pushing the tire off the rim and reseating beads. Said they quit counting how many flats they fixed after 18 the first day. That would get old and a $180/wheel investment would start to look like a pretty good idea.
