I have a question. Did that cure any of the wheel hop in the Tacoma? The truck I purchased didn't have the TSB done but I am getting an appointment for it, I was just wondering if it helped any.
Mike
I got the TSB done on my truck yesterday. It definitely improves traction and reduces body-role while cornering.

It raised my truck between 1 - 1.5", the cornering is improved, the ride is a little more "truck like" which in my opinion is an improvment, and it hauls much better while pulling a trailer. I highly recommend the TSB.

How does the truck ride with the new TSB? Did it raise the rear of the truck up?
The truck is a little stiffer in the rear, but I think that is a good thing. It raised the rear of my truck about 1.5" - 2", but seeing as how I just got it done yesterday I am sure it will settle a bit.
Here are some "after" pics:

Looks like truck is supposed to look - with rear higher. Nice!!
And you've got an access cab... What did you have to tell them to get this done?
Gawd, I wish all the dealers were the same. I tried one local shop to get the Tailgate TSB done and they frigin laughed at me. I gotta try the other dealer where I bought the truck..... I'm just worried they're also gonna laugh in my face. I hate dealerships.
Who did you talk to? Service department sales guy? Or did you talk directly to a tech? Supervisor?

I had to call toyo corporate to get my truck done.....they called the dealer and put me in touch with a customer service liason who basically got after the service rep to get the work done....
I'm wondering how this effects anyone with a 3" lift. mine isn't on yet, but I have an appointment tomorrow to get my rear drums fixed, and they know I've been harpin' on them about the TSB - so I'm trying to get it done asap. anyone experience this yet?
