your AC drain hose is clogged. there's water built up in there sloshing around. clear the hose and it will drain.

Possibly a cowl drain plugged by leaves etc... should be at the outer edges of the cowl, and drain through the rear of the front fenders.

I have had sloshing/water running sound under my 05 Camry for 6 months. The sound happens when accellerating after stopping and especially starting off on right turns. The sound is loud enough that passengers hear it and ask what it is. Just this morning I read a blog saying it may be low coolant level. SURE enough the overflow reservoir was dry. (MY BAD). I had some red Toyota coolant in the garage. Put about 1 quart in the overflow bottle and ran the car until hot and topped off the radiator. Drove the car for about 15 mins. NO SOUND! Hope this solves it...
