Found pre-wiring...what is it for??

I am finally getting to installing fog lights on a 2013 Tacoma I bought. When I pulled the blank switches, I found 2 pre-wiring set-ups. I'm not able to post attachments apparently to show the wiring but am curious if anyone might have a guess what these might go to.....

What kind of 2013 Tacoma do you have? Mine has fog lights, along with the TRAC OFF/Auto LSD ON switch, and a pushbutton LED thing for the S6 alarm package. I'm wanting to relocate the TRAC and alarm switches to the top row, next to the fog light switch. First, I gotta figure out how to get the lower dash panel off.

Regards,
Steve

Just a comment. If production numbers of Tacomas that have fog lights & other (SR5) options are substantially greater than Tacomas without those items, engineering & manufacturing may have decided that building only ONE wiring harness actually saves money & time versus having two or more wiring harnesses. Just saying.

It's a prerunner double cab sport. From everything I can find on line, it looks like this is a prewire for fog lights, I just have to figure out where it all comes out on the engine side
