bumper guards

Has anyone installed bumper guards or grille guards on their HH? I live in a region where people like to play bumper cars when they parallel park . A nice solid piece of metal about to bash in their bumpers should make them think twice about bumping and rubbing against my bumpers!

I wanted bumper guards, but the Waag ones I was looking at for the Higlander indicate "not for the hybrid model" I'm still looking, so I'll post if I find anything.

I contacted WAAG about a month ago and they said they don't have anything for the hybrid yet ... they're supposed to be getting back to me when they do.

why would the bumper be any different. The rear should be the same. The front... may or may not.

The HiHy is definitely different underneath. I've been looking into side steps. Distribution of the OEM (Steel Horse) step was halted by toyota. I still haven't found out why.
I spoke with a local manufacturer http://www.thoffroad.com/toyota/highlander/index.html and they said they've been having issues with the differences of the hybrid in regards to the side steps.
As for bumper coverage, they do make a nice rear pipe bumper that attaches where the shipping anchors are in the rear. Front I dunno. You might want to give them a call.
I personally have the "clear bra" stuff on my front and rear. I didn't want the weight and don't like the bull bars.

Just spoke to WAAG and they still don't make bumper bars for the 06/07 HH.

Anyone else have any luck finding bumper guards for 06/07 HH?
