Front License Plate Bracket

I'm picking up my new Highlander Hybrid on Thursday and was wondering if anyone out there knew how the front license plate bracket is attached. Do you have to drill the dimples on the bumper or is ther an after market bracket that can be attached somewhere else. I was able to get one for my 350Z that did not require drilling. I will also check with the guy that sold me that one.

very odd that it doesn't come with a bracket preinstalled. Very cheapy.

Yea, just checked ours. You're right. There are only 2 screws on the temporary bracket. there are holes in the actual bracket on the bottom, but there are no holes or anything drilled into the bumper.. Very cheap.
