Yes, I mean the owners manual. It turns out to be a harmless SNAFU at the dealership (in a neighboring state, 500 miles away). Someone put a normal Highlander manual in our hybrid. Difficulty was that nobody at the dealership knew that there was a difference in the manuals, and had no part numbers for the correct one!
I did manage to get those part numbers, and the correct manual is on the way.
