You can get a break on many other cars as well...however, I believe the code states new car purchases only. Damn.

Yeah. I think i heard they were raising it to 4000. But im not completely sure.

I also know that in Washington D.C. one of the incentives is you can use the expresslane if you have a hybrid. But too many ppl were using the express so they were thinking of repealin the law.

I heard a RX400 roll by me slowly over the summer. It sounds sooo nice. Small whining, sounds electric/water powered or something. So futuristic, and so hard to decribe the sound

REALLY? Why such a high tax break? Just from the decreased emissions?
