The car looks clean with em. As soon as I lower it tommorow, its gonna be sick. Now I legitimatly paint my calipers and clean my rotors, and body kit is next on the exterior list.
Damn i wish i had a digicam !
EDIT- and theyre 215's wide so its comfortably wider than the stock 205's.

Hey Jeff, which HID kit do you have? I have the Philips kit myself, but I am wondering if you have another kit so I can see if there are any differences.

Yep, I have the philips kit. However, I specified to have the D2S bulbs, which are brighter than D2R bulbs.
D2S bulbs are designed for projector headlights and do not have the black shielding inside the bulb. They are also brighter and produce a higher colour-temperature.
We can compare next time out. Do you have it on the Teg? EL? Camry? All three???????

Is there any place that makes projector headlight housings for our car? YOur D2S would look amazing with that!
I wanna see it now too though. If I ever have a little bit of money to spare I wanna go 9006 -> HID.

SpectraBlueCam, do you have projector headlights? Projector headlights is the BEST for HID...my Integra's HID is the best among all three of my cars! Whether it's appearance or the quality of light, my Integra's HID kicks my other two cars in the nuts
I have the D2R bulbs for my EL and my Camry. I will be cautious about using D2S in a reflector housing because Philips Automotive Lighting never recommended it. They even showed me a diagram explaning the differences of the D2R and D2S bulb. The D2S and D2R bulbs emit light differently (D2R shoots light backwards onto the reflector, and D2S shoots light forward onto projector), so the beam pattern will be all screwed up if they aren't used for the purpose they are intended for. I am not sure if this is your case since you sound like you have projector lights for your Camry; however, I used to have D2S bulbs for my EL, and I get "sections" of light everywhere and none of the "full" light that I achieved with the D2R bulbs afterwards.
I have a diagram that shows the differences of the two bulbs, and using them incorrectly will result in messed up light beam (theoretically). This depends on the design of the headlight...so who knows, the light might be perfect even if you used a different bulb ('97-present Accords have better light with D2S compared to D2R's).
How come I know all these stuff about HID's? I bet you will be just like me if you purchased 3 sets of HID for 3 different types of headlight housing

Hey Tony, thanks for the diagrams. I didn't consider the issues you raised. I picked the D2S bulbs because they were supposed to be whiter and brighter. As for the beam patter, it doesn't look too bad on mine.
