Fall General Membership Meet - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

Okay gang! Let's have a general membership meet some time in October. It would probably be the last general membership before next spring. I'm tentatively setting the date for October 13, the second Saturday of the month.

We've had meets before which are informal, last minute get togethers. Turnouts for those impromptu meets are low, and that's fine. There is no expectation that members attend such meets.

However, general membership meets like this one are different. All local (Toronto and surrounding area) members should try their very best to attend general membership meetings. That's why it is planned weeks ahead and advance notice is given. It's your oppurtunity to meet or stay in touch with fellow TN members. Given the size of our local membership, the turnout should be in the neighbourhood of 30-40 cars.

Please post your input for the meet below. I hope the Chicago gang can arrange something to join us here that day.

I'm up for this meet. 13th sounds good as long as it's a weekend. Still don't have my car but ah well, it's good to talk with all ye other fella's. :smile:

I'll do my best to keep that date open, and I'll pass the word on to my boys as well. Corolla Customz will make a showing!
But someone's gotta nail down a location and time!!
My suggestion: Collosus (Famous Players)
Easy to find, central location, nice big parking lot, lots of restaurants nearby, and maybe we can all go catch a flick after (whoever wants to)
Just a suggestion, Corolla Customz met up there once when the Fast and The Furious came out!
