USA radio problem on 2006 scion xa

i have two scion 2006 xa's. both cars have the pioneer t1807 radio with cd player. i don't suscribe to the satellite radio, just straight radio. when the cars are cold and i begin to drive them the radios will shift channels, such as jump from 96.5fm to 96.7fm. this happens almost 100% of the time, but only when the cars are cold. i notice no problems when the cars are warm. i have brought the cars to melody scion in san bruno twice. both times they claim they can't verify the problem, which happens consistently when we are driving the cars. currently they have had my scion since december 1, and it is now decembe 7 - and still no solution. has anybody else had this problem and how was the problem resolved by toyota/scion???

I'm also having this problem with my TC. I heard that other people had the same problem, they took it back to the dealer and the radio was replaced due to bad codes coming up when the dealer tested the radio. I've just been to busy to take mine back yet. there is a thread about this exact problem though so do a search. Radio Problem on New XA

This is a problem i've seen with the pioneer decks on a couple cars here at my dealership. Your local dealer shoud be able to replace the radio under warranty.
