Question about installing a ColdAirIntake on my TC

Do i have to go through Scion dealer for installing a ColdAirIntake?
If i dont will they void my warranty ? How much will it cost if i pay the dealer to take care of it?

also i am thinking about dropping my tc little bit this summer how much should i lower it??
an inch or inch and a half?

No you can go any performance shop and they will install the (CAI) as long as u buy it from them. Or u can buy it from the scion dealer and take it to a shop and they will install it for a fee, or buy it from your scion dealer and have them install it. I think it the instlation fee is free, just like the superchager.,

I would recommend going through the dealer if you car is still under warranty. But if you are curious, I am considering the install and the dealership I go to recommends AEM. The cost of the parts is around $340 plus around $70 for labor. Hope that helps.
