scion tc ecu reflash with trd s/c

hi i have a scion tc ecu that reflash with the s/c kit. will the ecu work on the camry 03 with the same engine? if not, i am sell it 300$

It could, but you would have to look at the pin outs and wiring of both cars to ensure the wiring is compatible with the ECU. The harness connectors might be different as well. With Toyota's excellent cost cutting, I doubt the connectors will be different, but you definitely might have to rewire some things to get it working properly.
