how to add ipod connection to 2005 tc?

hey all. my girlfriend just got a used 2005 tc from an individual. how can i add an ipod hookup to it? should i just take it to the dealer, or add something myself? could you give any links to something?

If I remember right, the ipod headunits from 06-07 will NOT work for the 05 model. you can double check me but I think we tried it here once, by accident, and there was no sound from the radio itself.

well after looking at the manual of the head unit, it says nothing about cd changer controls, which is what the blitzsafe adapter i have uses. (it plugs into the cd changer port on the back of the head unit).

so i'm guessing i need a totally new head unit?
