I agree with Toyotaholic. Looks to be legit and if it's something your interested in, it might very well be worth it for the price plus like said before also, he's in your area. Also the fact that your getting an ECU seems like a great idea since once you flash, you can't go back unless you replace your ECU which is what he had to have done.
