I am a little confused, isn't keyless entry standard on the tC? Is this an integrated alarm that you are installing?

The dealership told her that on her particular car keyless was not standard and I was attempting an aftermarket keyless without alarm. She has already returned the unit. Thanks for the reply though.

LoL. I like how she just bought it assuming you'd throw it in, no problem.

It should have keyless standard.

Wait a second. Are the tC keys all not key/remote combinations? I don't recall ever seeing one without the keyless part on the key. If she has that, it just needs to be programmed.

Yea, I don't think the Spec has keyless entry, but all of the other models of tC should have it.

wow, when they try to reduce the price on the TC, they really took everything out to make the spec edition huh? I understand them not having the headlights with the chrome accents, and not having a sunroof, and not coming with rims, but not coming with keyless entry?? what in the world, might as well have manual roll down windows
