engine replacement for 2005 scion tc. any diy? Need help asap!!

I am replacing a fully built longblock (motor is sold) on a 2005 scion tc back to stock. Does anyone have any useful info on the easiest way to do it? Like a DIY? Any reliable info would be a great help! I have done engine r/i. Just wanted to know some facts like where the engine harness connects to the ecu? and how to get to it. things like that..

x2 on scion life. Im sure you can post up there and find someone who can show you how to do it or just search there for a thread. Its been done
