Tires in the winter should be set at the same pressure as tires in the summer.

On your drivers side A-pillar,(where your door latch stricker is located) there is a sticker that will tell you what your vehicles air pressures should be set at front and back.

IMO, it depends how you wanted it to handle.

if you're in an area where it always rain, you should set it 1-2psi lower than the recommended psi so your tires can grip more.

as for me in SoCal weather, i set my tires 5-6 psi higher than the recommended psi so i can achieve more mpg out of my xB.

WHOA!! Hang on there..........the only way you can reference the use of the psi that a tC uses is if your car(the car with the tC wheels) weighs the exact same amount and uses the exact same tire size as stock.

The better question would be, what car are they on and what is your original tire size? Is a tC tire size the same or equivalant in circumference to what was stock?

The Stock psi for a tC has 0 effect on what you need for psi.

P.S. once again, temperature has NOTHING to do with your psi.
