driver's side mirror replace....

i just broke the left side mirror and got scratches on the driver's side door....got the scratchers fixed...but they are still visible...it was too deep...

i m considering to replace the mirror...
would it work on a 06 tc http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...3AIT&viewitem=

or should I buy a original one like this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=270354932540

btw, anyone here knows how to make the "beep" sound after locking all the doors with the remote?? just like many other cars...i feel like the beeping sound makes me feel more secured that the doors are locked already..

thanks and i appreciate!!!

PS...i think the paint of tc (maybe scion) really sucks...it gets scratches very easily even with a car wash brush....

i would just buy the original one

as for the paint, it could be the brush bristles. when i use the microfiber brush i don't have that problem

use 3M perfect it 2 with a buffer to get the scratches out
use any off the shelf cleaner wax to remove the light scratches with a polisher
DO NOT use a rubbing compound on the entire car this removes the clear coat
