Car Cover for 2009 tC

I'm looking for a car cover and sun shield for my tC. At the trdsparks site, the Intro-Guard cover for $109 and sun shield for $40 seem like a good buy, but I am worried of the durability of the product and how well it keeps the car cool and protected in the sun/rain/weather.

There's also the Toyota brand car cover, which is much more expensive, but I like the license plate opening:

Does anyone have any of the 3 products or could recommend a product? I'm leaning towards the Intro-Guard cover..

be carefull of cheap covers. They can be made of materials that scratch your paint. You get what you pay for with car covers.

The Toyota car cover is a decent cover for middle of the road use. It's not water resistant and will stay wet against the paint longer then if you let your car get wet. Very few car covers are waterproof.

I've found the best thing to be a portable car port/cover. like this......



If you're not going to be taking the cover places with you then this would be great and protect your vehicle from the sun. You can get them fully enclosed and they are like a portable garage.
