Is it an aftermarket ballast and kit or is it just a stock one from an Acura? If it's a stock one then no, you'll have to spend a lot of time and money custom wiring it in. If it's an aftermarket kit designed for an Acura then you'll just have to get the right harness from the manufacturer to make it work.
OEM HID bulbs do not fit halogen housings.
