Tundra hood fluttering. Should it?

I just bought a nice 2001 Tundra SR5. I've noticed that at speeds of over 70 mph the hood flutters a little. It's only maybe about 1/8 inch or less vertical travel but it seems like it shouldn't do that. The hood IS latched tight and the truck has a clean carfax report and no accidents. I'm going to ask the Toyota dealer where I got it at about this next time I'm over there and I'm looking for input so I can tell if they're going to try to snow me and tell me this is normal. It doesn't seem like this should be normal.

havent run into any tundras that do that but some of the 4 runners are notorious for it
