CDN Toyota Tundra Double Cab

Because of the knob that fouled up my last topic, hopefully the admin will let me ask the same question, without getting it polluted again. Which means, sniperjoe, don't help!

Looking to get a 2004 Tundra Double Cab, only the canadians can help, sorry.

Want to find out if anyone got a "deal" when they bought their truck? The dealer in Victoria says they will not move at all on the MRSP. And I want them to!!

Any luck with new Toyota Truck purchases....

Cheers

try a different dealer, you may half to go for a drive but if it can save your pocket book it may be worth it

As for deal I'm not sure, but did you talk to a sales person or the sales manager. Someone may be trying to line his pockets

Ya, I talked to the salesman there, and he seemed to make it pretty clear that they do not move, but I just wanted to hear if someone had actually gotten the truck for less than the sticker. I'm going to drive up island and see what the other dealers say. Also, when the time comes, and I do the ol' get up and leave thing, then maybe i'll get something done....we'll see.

Domestic dealers are alot more weak minded.

Good luck picking up a Tundra for more the 300 under MSRP. Not sure why but no dealer in the area will break on the Tundra's.

Id try carsdirect.com for help on haggling, but dont exspect much help with the Tundra.

I used carsdirect to purchase my 04 Tacoma and saved nearly $3000 under MSRP.

Good luck

2004 tundra deals

Hope I'm not too late but I picked up an 04 Tubdra double cab limited for 48,900 plus tax. I can't remember but I'm sure it was more than $300 below msrp. I had a few options tossed on it at the dealership the step bars, skid plates, borla exhaust, vent visors, floormats and bug deflector. cam to 52,500 all said and done. It wasn't easy had to twist a little and shop around ended up at Gateway in Edmonton.

Cheers

Sounds like a sweet Tundra. Love the sound with the Borla exhaust.

The new Double Cabs are pretty poplular right now so dealers aren't giving up much of their profit. Have you tried checking with any of the dealers on the mainland?

I'm not in Canada, but there maybe a reason behind them not budgeing from the price that they offer.

I'm not sure if it is going on in your area or not, but sometime last year we found out that in certain Pro and terr, all the dealers in that area seel their cars by using the area average, making it that everybody is selling it at a set price even though some deales may lose money on it while others may make money off of it.
