Tundra Spercab racks and tonneau

Hi,

I'm seeking advice. I just picked up a 2004 Supercab. I own a pair of kayaks as well as a 27' rowing shell. To that end, I need racks. But I want to be able to have racks on and a Tonneau cover in place at the same time.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an ideal setup. It appears to be that maybe the TracRac system keeps my racks on the rails, as oppsed to the Thule or T-Rac, both of which look like they need to attach inside the bed.
