USA 6 Cyl vs 8 Cyl Tundra

I am getting rid of my F150 (small V-8) for a Tundra 2 WD Access cab. I want comments hopefully from users of 6 cyl Tundras. I will not be doing any heavy towing-just a fishing boat occasionally. Rarely any heavy payloads either. I wonder if the performance of the 6 cyl is satisfactory on the highway . Will it pass another vehicle without making the driver "pinch up"? I have a 6 cyl Highlander which performs great but it is a lighter vehicle. Any thoughts are welcomed.

If you are talking about an '05 Tundra with the 4.0L V6 (240 hp), I would think it would do just fine.
My '99 F-150 is 250 hp (5.4L V8) and I have never been lacking for power.
As far as passing power, I wouldnt be afraid to give the gas pedal a good hard stomp when passing. Its a DOHC motor, so it can handle high revs.
