2002 Tacoma: Anyone else have problems with front brakes overheating/vibrating?

Conditons: Relatively warm outside (summer temperatures) and driving downhill.
What happens: When I apply the brakes I seem to get a vibration throughout the car as if the rotors were warped. After I'm done driving downhill, the problem goes away. It also isn't present when I drive downhill in colder weather.

Anyone else have a similar experience or explanation for this?

Thanks for any information.

I have a 2002 Tacoma Double cab TRD and I work in the local mountains. I have experienced the exact same problem. I replaced the pads with cermics and put on new rotors because I thought the old one's were warped. It did not fix the problem, my next move will be cross drilled rotors with gas slots. I hope that will fix the situation.
