unf\date on rattle in 2002 tacoma Dash

Took it to dealer installed some kit (foam pad) no more rattle ! There is a recall on this .Has anyone heard of any other recalls ,they sure do not tell you at the dealership ! let me know ?

hey can you tell me were exactly you here the rattle, because i just bought an 04 tacoma and i have a rattle on the left side of the dash somewhere

But they put a foam pad all the way across the dash which you cannot see,but it works .I have heard of several rattles in different place ,take it in a let them fix it !They gave me no problem and where already familar with rattle problem. I hear the brakes are a problem too and the fuel injectors(us chevron techron fuel additive and it will help so I am told on another forum ,It has kept mine out of the shop so far !good luck with yours I love my 03 but I have onle had it for a few weeks !

yeah i've had mine for about a week and its an aweosme truck. thanks for the info

It's really not a recall, but there is a TSB on dash rattles for that model.
