You should try honking your horn when you see a driver next to you busy texting while driving. It'll scare the shit out of them and make them slam their brakes for no reason. So far, I'm 4 for 5 so it's a high success rate.
Hmm seems to be a bad outcome. You and I know some people can't or wont change, I wonder what you can do to mitigate it other than put your seat back as far as it will go? That is assuming that most of the reason is do to the mentioned extra movement and therefore larger kinetic energy and not due to a weaker level of health in general and the ability to heal after sustaining injuries.
