I don't get it, they blanked out the "H" but left "CIVIC" on the car?
Hmm, the interior looks.... different to say the least. At least they got rid of the super long handbrake that took up valuable storage space.
I like the fact they've moved the speedo closer to the windshield. It really is easier to see but that white plastic thing on the dash has gotta go. Also, the two-spoke steering wheel is Would've been nicer if they just added a twin spoke at the 6 o' clock position or sth like that

Exterior: bland. There's not an original line in that body. The rear end is too bloated for my liking.
The interior is kinda different. It sort of reminds me of a spaceship cockpit. Not bad, but semi-weird. As for materials, from what I can tell by the reflectivity on the dash, the materials don't seem to be very high in quality. The steering wheel looks like it may be plush, but I can bet you that dash around the NAV area and speedo is probably cheap plastic.
Overall...it should have Honda reliability, but that appears to be about it.
i srota like the interior.. looks like civic is moving up with the navigation and what have you... too bad the ricer boys cant get reverse glow gauges now .. hahah

That car won't be out on sale until the end of this year.
The new Civic Si won't come as a hatchback like its last predecessor, instead it'll be in a coupe form again, and instead of the traditional 160 HP, it'll be getting a 200 HP VTEC 4-cylinder controlled by a 6-spd manual tranny. And no, the US won't get the 5-door hatch, that's only for the European market.

The 200 hp (now 205 hp for 2006) is the K24 engine. The 200 hp engine in the Si will be a K20 engine (like what's in the RSX Type -S). Very similar engines, but not the same.
