Arrow 22re in a 94 pickup

won't start...

just been rebuilt...it seems to be a problem in the fuel system...the pump does not come on with the key but if i jump pins fp and b i believe it comes on...not sure if those are the correct pins but they are in the engine compartment by the ecm relay...

all the relays i know about check out good with a dvm...i did change one however with no help...

i think it's about time for a 5 gal jug of fuel and a match...

would any of you guys have an i dea of what i seem to be overlooking?

right know i'm thinkin ecm but i don't wanna spend that cash till i'm absolutely sure...

Unlike other vehicals these pumps don't come on until you start cranking and the main relay pulls in. They are also very hard to here when they are running (unlick POS chev blender pumps). What I do it loosen the cold start injector and give it a quick crank and see if you get a spray of fuel. If not I would say your main relay my be the problem. If you do get gas to the injectors then I would say it is the pickup in the distributor. If you pull the distributor out and turn the key to the run position, turn the distributor by hand and listen for the injectors to click as you turn it. This will tell you if the distributor pickups are working.
