1989 Factory Service Manual?

Was wondering if anyone knew how much these cost from toyota, if they are still available? They seem to go for 100+ on ebay, which is rather absurd. I've looked at those available online, but dont see any for 89.
Already saw this list here:

I just purchased an 89 today, and have been driving an 88 until recently(it was in rough shape, and the head and/or head gasket went out). I was going to just fix the 88, but then found a good deal on the 89, which was purchased by a gentleman new when he was 70, and was kept it great condition, under cover. Only 97k on it, and it feels like a new truck. I would like the service manual so I can keep on the service schedule of preventative maintenence.. and hopefully keep this one running for a long time. A PDF format would be ideal, but I haven't found one yet.
Thanks,

Michael

89-95 is almost the same manual, especially for the 22re.

You may find a pdf downloadable one here, just scroll down.

EDIT: That '93 is in a zip file on Sidney's post; that would prolly be in PDF.

Ya, if you have a 22R-E the ever popular one for the 93 should be just fine, am I right?

Thanks for the info, download the 93, and it looks good. One annoyance is that theres about 400 separate pdf files. Guess I'll have to work on merging them.

Ya, it's not the most easily navigated thing ever, but it gets the job done.

The online 93 is great, but you need an internet connection (obviously).

Did you locate the top level index.html? It is the index, of course. No need to merge files!

Thats an HTML file though. I want to merge all of the individual pages into a single PDF. Makes it -much- easier to search.

I tried to download it as a zip file but I couldn't actually use it after that. Is it not self-extracting? I don't have any software on my computer to un-zip it.

I use the winrar evaluation copy (which just has a nag screen whenever you open it), but there's a bunch of trial stuff available, with a popular one being winzip (90 day trial, the last time I used it, years ago.).

I'm tempted to grow a pair and just print all 625 pages of it....

My plan is to print and bind it. Paper is generally easier to bring out to the truck than the computer monitor.
