Tic still there

I adjusted my valves, but that didn't change the noise. There is no leaking or burning of any kind. I've added a video, but I know it's hard to hear. There is also an exhaust leak off the manifold that you may hear.
Thanks for looking!
I tried to get you a video, but I can't get it to work properly.

22re. The chain guides are still there and they look to be in good condition also.

if it is a high mileage engine and you have not done the timing chain i would suspect that.exhaust leaks also can make a tapping sound.also the pair valve will make a kinda humming noise.

The tic is definitely coming from the engine. Not the exhaust. Not the front where the timing chain is. Toward the back. I've read that it could be a rocker, but that's only from those that have installed an aftermarket cam.
I watched my mechanic adjust the valves and he is very thorough, but maybe he messed up.
